A Healthy Connection to your spirit is living in self-mastery; being connected to your highest self. Daily meditation, combined with prayer, and really listening to your internal guidance system is key. There is a stillness and inner knowing that YOU are connected in Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit and in living the highest version of you.
